WHERE DO WE MEET?
Between the beginning of September and the end of May we meet at Hanham Methodist Church. In July and August we meet in members homes.
WHEN DO WE MEET?
Every other Wednesday evening beginning at 7.45 p.m. and finishing at about 9.30 p.m.
WHAT DO WE DO?
When the meeting is held at the church we usually have a speaker, but not always. We do, however, always end with a nice cup of tea and biscuits and time to have a chat with friends.
When we meet at member’s homes there is a coffee evening and a Bring and Buy stall.
In June we do a Sponsored Walk (only the keen ones) and also a Summer Evening Outing.
IS THERE A FEE?
Yes - An annual Registration fee of £2.00 and £2.00 for every Wednesday we attend.
DO WE SUPPORT ANY CHARITIES?
Yes - Our group adopts a different charity every year and we raise money through various activities. We present a modest sum to our chosen charity each September.
